The Raven Blocks

 Blackbird Designs has reprinted the book with the patterns for "The Raven" Quilt. I always loved this quilt and since the book is again available I could not resist another "start".

I am using fabrics from my collection so far. But I will add some more blacks since I don't have enough. These blocks are 20 inches, so the birds are big fellows. 

What a shame, I have to buy fabrics. LOL.

I will prepare a few more blocks for my needle turn applique. I will wait to decide on some of the colors for things like berries, stars, etc.
