This quilt top was made with some orphan blocks (previously made), and star blocks that can be found in the book "Barn Star Sampler" by Shelley Cavanna.
I had some blocks that I had made using fabrics from past Kaffe Fassett collections. They were not the same as the original quilt; but they were the correct size to be included on the outline of the original design.
I added more start blocks to be able to make parts B (28 1/2" X 56 1/2"); and C (56 1/2" X 48 1/2"), of the original quilt in the book.
When I finish the quilting, it will be donated to the Quilt Guild of the Greater Houston to the Comfort Quilts program. This program distribute quilts to the Houston area organizations.
